Every year we celebrate our annual B-School Meet in the form of an event called INFERNO. This year’s theme was “Super Powers for Super Business”.
This was a very good platform for our students, as well as the students from other B-Schools to show their skills in different activities. We had many different activities starting from stage activities to sports.
It was inaugurated by our director Dr.K.K.Chaudhuri on 28th Feb, 2013.
One the first day, we had sport events. In the morning we had Cricket match and later on in the evening we had Football matches.
Second day we moved on with the sport events such as Badminton, Table-tennis and Basketball.
It was really wonderful having seen teams playing with lots of energy and good coordination between them.
We also had some of the stage events on the second day (1st March). These events were mostly related to business curriculum such as Business Quiz, Ad Mads, and Chemical Factory.
On 2nd March, the last day of our fest we started with Antakshari, Muscle to Money and B-plan presentations.
In the evening we had fashion show. It came to an end with the DJ Party.
The most awaited moment for all was the prize distribution ceremony and the ‘over all best college’ was bagged by Army Institute of Management.
These three days we saw many colleges participating in different events and the students must have learned some new things from all kind of different business events to sport activities. This also brings out students from various institutes to know each other and share their new ideas.
