The Army Institute of Management Kolkata (AIMK) organized a two-day Personality Development Programme (PDP) on February 8th and 9th, 2024 for 40 personnel from the Indian Coast Guard. This event, characterized by collaborative efforts, was crafted to instill leadership qualities, enhance communication proficiency, and cultivate effective time management skills. Through interactive sessions, insightful case studies, and stimulating activities, participants were empowered to reach new heights of personal and professional growth.
Led by Dr. Abhishek Kumar, Principal and the Officiating Director of AIMK, the team of trainers, Dr. Malini Majumdar, Prof. Abhilash Acharya, and Prof. Tamojit Ghosh Roy completed the assignment with 96.3% of participants eagerly looking forward to a similar training intervention in the future.
A maiden effort by the AIMK team to help professionals within the Defence fraternity has received rave reviews and accolades.
